My number one favorite holiday every year, hands down, is Groundhog Day. There is so many festive activities that you and your family can participate in and enjoy. Plus the learning opportunities that surround this holiday are limitless if you have an imagination. Last year I created my GroundhogDay Activity Unit that included things such as mapping, ordinal directions, a very fun and informative internet search, a song, measurement, comparison, fill in the missing letter, and more! This year I will be releasing a brand new activity pack to add to the joy of celebrating and learning alongside Phil the Groundhog so stay tuned for the additional fun to come!
To start off the excitement of the season I have created two emergent readers to share with everyone for free in hopes that your family will enjoy February 2ndthis year as much as our family will. Today’s reader that I created is called Sleepy Little Groundhog and can be read if Phil predicts that there will be an early spring. Most of my over 240+ printable creations are available only through my E.H.M. Member’s Only Website for a one time lifetime fee of $15.00. Click HERE to visit my website.

Jill runs "24 Paw Ranch" which is home to her husband, her two children, and their five dogs and of course herself. She spends her days actively homeschooling, baking in her kitchen, consuming loads of coffee, creating printables, watching Disney movies, crafting her way through the day, and occasionally getting more than 6 hours of sleep.
